Free Runnning Progress Sciatica Recovery
Hey Everyone ronnie shalvis hereI just wanted to give you an update on my back progress. For those of you who have beenfollowing me for the last few months, you would know I had a back injury a while ago.I still do a little bit, I have what's called Sciatica which is a pinched nerve in my backbut over the last few months I have been doing a lot of physical therapy and training andI'm getting a lot better and so I'm taking it slowly and today I'm proud to say I'm backdoing parkour and a few flips so I just wanted to show you a little bit of my progress. ThatI'm coming back and you'll see some cool stuff
Well, there you have it. I'd say that's somedecent progress based on the fact that four months ago I could barely get out of bed sohopefully I just keep progressing from here. I'm still going to train cautiously as I encourageall of you to make sure you stay safe in all of your training.
