Absolutely. There is none of that. I guess unless you want it. So, Ekberg has been able to adjust me standing up or lying on my side I don't know the appropriate name, with the little arthrostim, it's an adjusting tool. Thathelps What I like about it is that I feel that each adjustment is tailored to feeling that day or what's going on with my body And you are able to pin point each spot, rather than being adjusted the exact same way.
Which I pretty much experienced most of my life with other chiropractors. Once they assessed you that I would just get adjusted in the same manor each time, so just having tool to help pin point each spot on my body I feel like is more by personally tailored and being pregnant it's constantly changing, so I really appreciate that. good good And we also want people to understand that it's it's not about pain it's about

Take 1 spoon Turmeric powder add little bit of clarified butter mix it and prepare the paste and put it on the side.
Take a glass of Milk, put 1 piece of Cinnamon let the milk to have a proper boil. When the milk is boil nicely then add mixture of turmeric powder clarified butter and mix it.
