right side or the left side of the lower back occasionally it would be midline it's typically a pain that will radiate down intothe buttock and in worst cases it will wrap around the hip and down the front of the leg people often have trouble standing upfor a sitting position or transitioning from laying down togetting out diagnosing the sacroiliac syndrome were first going to be
looking at that level of the pelvis oneach side for their check to the right side verses the left side alignment from there were going to check movement of that joint for example having her bend forward checking the movement of the pelvic bone along with raising her leg it alsoallows us to see if the joint is moving if the joint is not moving that indicates we have a joint that is not
functioning well it's actually stuckOne of the other common findings with patients with sacroiliac syndrome is a leg length difference as we have the patient playing down therewe can check the leg length which is often altered when the pelvis is out of alignment another telltale signwith sacroiliac syndrome is a tenderness on either side of the largebumps in your low back those muscles are tight and soreoftentimes it's an indication that that joint right next door is not functioningwell we have successfully treated
