Most likely this pain happen due to spinal injury or slip disk Now, let me tell you that what you have to do when you are suffering from Sciatica pain. First of all do not lift any weight, specifically heavy weight. Secondly, some of the people bend their self when they sit. Don't bend yourself, keep your spinal cord straight always if you have sciatica pain. So, let me tell you a remedy for this pain. What you have to do is. Take 1 spoon Turmeric powder add little bit of clarified butter mix it and prepare the paste and put it on the side.
Take a glass of Milk, put 1 piece of Cinnamon let the milk to have a proper boil. When the milk is boil nicely then add mixture of turmeric powder clarified butter and mix it. Now the milk which contains Cinnamon, Turmeric powder clarified butter is ready. Now strain the milk and consume this milk twice a time in a day. if you will do this remedy for 34 months then you will start getting relief in sciatica pain. Along with this let me tell you an another remedy. Take 4 garlic leaves 12 spoon Onion Seeds Nigellia seeds Mix them and make their chutney
eat this chutney and had water after that , do this remedy 2 times in a day. Do this remedy for 23 months and you will start getting relief in sciatica pain. You would think that such a simplething wouldn't be that hard to do, but even people on TV like House and Rumpelstiltskin,they don't use their canes right. And I always tell my patients that you don't want to fixone thing and then have something else hurting because you're not doing it right. So let'sget going, I'm gonna show you some real simple steps on how to use your cane properly. Sosome important things to know about the cane before you start walking with it is to havethe cane the right height. That's one of the biggest things. You want your cane to sitabout where you hip bone is. That bottom bone
the greater trochanter sits about right here.And you want your elbow to have about a 20 degree angle. So it's gonna sit about likethis. You don't what it too high because that's gonna make your shoulder irritated and hurting,and you don't want it to be too low because then your'e gonna lean over into the cane.The cane is really just to assist you with some balance. You're not supposed to relyon it and put all of your weight on it. The next important piece is what hand to holdthe cane in. A lot of those TV show people like to keep the cane on the same side oftheir injured leg. You actually want to hold it on the opposite side. So if I'm holdingit in my right hand, my left leg is the one
that needs help. Your cane is gonna alwaysfollow the injured leg. So if that foot goes forward the cane goes forward. If it's backbehind, the cane is behind. So I'm actually gonna walk a little bit and show you. Youalways want to start off with that injured leg, so you can bring the cane forward. Soit's gonna follow the whole time. So it's not going first and then you kind of steppingand going through, that would just not be safe at all. But it's following that sidethe whole time. Cane in the opposite hand, following that leg. Once you do it a coupleof times, it becomes pretty easy. Sometimes it's hard at first if you think about it toomuch, but naturally we walk our opposite arm
