See, first of all let us understand what is Sciaticaé Sciatica is the biggest nerve of our body. Which begins from the lower part of our body And it goes till the lower part of our feet via moves around thighs. When there is a swelling in this nerve or any injury occurs or if there is any damage then that pain is called sciatica pain.
Most likely this pain happen due to spinal injury or slip disk Now, let me tell you that what you have to do when you are suffering from Sciatica pain. First of all do not lift any weight, specifically heavy weight. Secondly, some of the people bend their self when they sit. Don't bend yourself, keep your spinal cord straight always if you have sciatica pain. So, let me tell you a remedy for this pain. What you have to do is. Take 1 spoon Turmeric powder add little bit of clarified butter mix it and prepare the paste and put it on the side.
Take a glass of Milk, put 1 piece of Cinnamon let the milk to have a proper boil. When the milk is boil nicely then add mixture of turmeric powder clarified butter and mix it. Now the milk which contains Cinnamon, Turmeric powder clarified butter is ready. Now strain the milk and consume this milk twice a time in a day. if you will do this remedy for 34 months then you will start getting relief in sciatica pain. Along with this let me tell you an another remedy. Take 4 garlic leaves 12 spoon Onion Seeds Nigellia seeds Mix them and make their chutney
eat this chutney and had water after that , do this remedy 2 times in a day. Do this remedy for 23 months and you will start getting relief in sciatica pain. when the cloves get burn then strain the oil Massage your problem area with the luke warm oil You will notice that it will give you relief in sciatica pain. (Singing) Howdy y'all! No, I didn't just getoff my horse, but I am having some groin pain. Hey everybody, it's Jo, and today I'mgoing to show you some stretches to stretch out your groin. If you have a strain or asprain. So let's get started. Okay, so the first stretch we're gonna do is a simple butterflystretch. Now people who have a strain or sprain in their groin are probably not going to beable to be able to pull their heels very close to them. So what you want to do, you wannaput your feet together, and if you're out this far, that's okay, that might be whereyou have to start. But what you're gonna do is you're gonna take your elbows and put themon your inner thighs, and you're gonna push
down and lean forward. If you're just leaningforward, you're not gonna quite get the stretch you need. So make sure you put your elbowson your inner thighs and push down, and you're gonna hold for 30 seconds and do this 3 times.Now if you are not getting a super stretch there, you can take your heels and pull themcloser to you, and that will get more of a stretch in there, but you still want to takeyour elbows and push down on the inner thighs. So the next stretch, you're gonna come upon your knees, and you're gonna take one leg and put it out to the side. The further yougo out to the side, the more of a stretch you're gonna get. So I'm just gonna kind ofstart at about a 45 degree angle. If you're
groin's really sore, the first thing you aregonna do is just go straight forward, and that will stretch it out a little bit, andyou can stretch that 3 times for 30 seconds. If that's not quite getting the stretch thatyou need, then you can go over to the side over your knee, and that's going to get moreof a stretch in there. If that's still not enough, then you can take your leg all theway out to the side, and stretch out that way, and that's going to give you a good stretch.So you want to do that for 30 seconds, 3 times each. Alright, and the last one I'm gonnashow you is going to be a lunge at a 45 degree angle to stretch out that groin muscle. Soif you want to stretch out your right side,
your going to take your foot out at a 45 degreeangle, so it's not going to be way in the front, and it's not going to be out to theside, but it's going to be at about a 45 degree angle. Point your toes that way, and you'regoing to bring your knee over your toes. So you're going to feel the stretch in here,and you will feel a little stretch on both sides, and you're going to hold it for 30seconds, do it 3 times on each side. Well there you have it partner.
